Job description
1. Open & Close shipment (Sea & Air freight) hardcopy files.
2. Apply for Sea & Air freight Import SONCAP Certificates & follow up.
3. Apply for Sea & Air freight Import PAAR & follow up with Bank.
4. Communicates PAARs & other Shipping documents to LCAs.
5. Reconciles & responds to Customs DNs & other queries.
6. Follow up with LCAs on PAAR utilization.
7. Updates PAAR progress on the W-Drive.
8. Prepares weekly PAAR application status & monthly PAAR utilization reports.
9. Updates Transit E-archive.
10. Any other activity or Service function assigned to me by the Manager of the Department.
